The company has licensed the BBC brand which together with the growing pool of A-List course material provides a point of differentiation and credibility to drive early customer growth. Marketing is driven by Maestri talent led PR and social marketing with enormous social footprints which reduces the cost to acquire new customers and provides for attractive unit economics.  At scale course production costs are spread over a wide customer base providing for healthy EBITDA margins.  The Ed-Tech sector is expected to grow from USD 7.3 billion in 2020 to USD 67 billion by 2027.  The Company has an impressive management team that are well respected in TV production.
