Andrew is a Director of Guinness Ventures. Before joining Guinness in 2005, Andrew served as Chief Executive of Hambros Fund Management during its merger with Guinness Flight. He later joined Berkshire Capital Securities, advising the fund management industry. Andrew is also a Non-Executive Director of several companies, including Church House Investment Management and TR European Growth Trusts.
