As consultant and venture partner, Mike advises the investment team and investment committee throughout the investment cycle from origination through to return of capital to Guinness Ventures shareholders.  Mike has spent most of his professional life working in, working with, investing in, and buying from young businesses driven by a passion to change their customers' outcomes for the better.  Mike is an experienced board advisor and venture capital investor helping investee company founders build great organisations. He runs a suckler beef herd on a small island in the south-west of Ireland with his wife. Whether on the farm or otherwise he loves being outside.
