Lisa is Head of Co-Investment at Guinness Ventures.  She has over 25 years' experience in financial services based in London, Tokyo, and Hong Kong including 9 years spent on boards.  Having started her career in Japanese Equities at JP Morgan, she left to join and co-run a start-up, Japaninvest (Ji).  Japaninvest listed on the Japanese Mothers Market in 2006, then partnered with Societe Generale in 2010 and was sold in 2015 to the Haitong Group (China).  Lisa ran equities for Haitong International globally (with offices in the US, UK, India, HK, Japan, Singapore, and Australia) in 2018 and 2019, before returning as CEO for Haitong International (UK), running equities, fixed income, and M&A.  In 2022, she became Head of Private Growth Capital at WH Ireland (now Zeus Capital), before moving to launch the Co-Investment Service at Guinness Ventures in 2024.  She holds a BA in English from the University of Exeter.
