Before founding Philip Hare & Associates in 2014, he spent 25 years with PwC and led its venture capital tax reliefs team from 2006 to 2014. Philip is a board member of the EIS Association and chairs its Tax Committee. He also advises the VCT Association and is a member of the Association of Investment Companies’ VCT Forum.
