It also delivers data-driven insights to help organisations reduce inefficiencies, manage risk, and improve service levels across the delivery process.

Why we invested

We invested in Anansi because it is tackling a critical and persistent challenge within the supply chain—inefficiencies and lack of transparency in last-mile logistics. As e-commerce and global fulfilment continue to scale, the need for smarter, tech-enabled infrastructure has become increasingly urgent. Anansi’s solution directly addresses this by streamlining claims processes, reducing fraud, and improving accountability through automation and data-driven insights.
 
What stood out to us was not only the strength of the founding team—with deep domain expertise and a clear vision—but also the scale of the opportunity in a market that remains largely underserved by modern tools. Their platform delivers tangible operational and financial benefits to stakeholders across the logistics ecosystem, from retailers to carriers. We believe Anansi is well positioned to become a category-defining business in this space.
