Our AIM EIS service invests in AIM-listed companies that qualify for EIS, providing investors with exposure to high-growth potential businesses. The service allows investors to benefit from the tax reliefs associated with EIS, alongside access to AIM IPOs or Further Issues where retail investor access is often limited.

Apply for the Service online (either directly or via a Financial Adviser)

Investments

Guinness Ventures will make SEIS-qualifying investments before the end of the 2026/27 tax year.

Certificates

We issue you with EIS 3 tax certificates for each investment

Updates

You’ll receive valuation statements quarterly and portfolio updates every six months

Exits

We will look to sell the investments, subject to liquidity. SEIS exits are exempt from capital gains tax.

Five years

You should be prepared to invest your money for around five years. Some investee companies may take longer to exit.
